How shipping time is calculated

After payment authorization succeeds, we prepare Quest Nutrition snacks, bars, powders, drinks, and other items in about 1–2 business days. Once the parcel leaves our facility, estimated transit is another 4–6 business days. These are separate stages, and weekends or applicable holidays are not business days.

Destination and delivery charges

Available US destinations, shipping choices, and any charge are shown for the order at checkout. Please check the street, unit, city, state, and ZIP code before paying because an incorrect address can delay or prevent delivery.

Tracking and carrier events

When tracking becomes available, use the carrier link supplied with the order. A scan may take time to appear. Weather, carrier congestion, and local disruptions can extend an estimate, so a specific arrival date is not guaranteed.

Packages needing attention

For a stalled parcel, a delivery scan without receipt, damage in transit, or missing contents, email lubluovsyanuyukashu@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and useful photographs so the shipment can be reviewed.
