Refund Policy

Requests within 30 days after delivery

Contact lubluovsyanuyukashu@gmail.com within 30 days after the order is delivered. Eligible new merchandise may be returned for a change of mind, preference, or incorrect selection when it remains unused and in its original condition. We also review damage, defects, wrong items, missing pieces, and material differences from the description. These rules do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Approval before mailing

Send the order number, checkout email, reason, and the item details. Add clear photographs or video for a product problem. Wait for approval before mailing anything; the accurate return address and instructions are confirmed after review, and the General mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.

Prepaid label and exchanges

A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an eligible mailed return. If it is missing or lost, ask us for help. Use the label only after approval and follow the confirmed directions. We charge no restocking fee. Qualifying exchange requests are accepted, subject to review and available inventory.

Refund timing

After the returned item is inspected and the refund is approved, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
